Abstract
Background: Holoprosencencephaly is a rare congenital abnormality of the brain that presents diagnostic challenges to the radiologist and the paediatrician because of many mimics.
Aim: To report a case of holoprosencephaly seen in University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
